One of our best kept secrets for neutralizing stress

July 23, 2019 by Catherine Cash

Stress.

It is a part of life and so it is impossible to totally avoid it.

Why does it seem like such a modern day challenge then?

I think because we’ve forgotten that we are wired to be able to deal with it in different ways, because we are all different!

Did you know that according to Naturopathic physician Dr. Peter D’Adamo, Blood Type research shows that the different blood types all have specific ways of dealing with and managing stress.

For example, blood type O needs to exercise strenuously to offload stress.
They also need to take frequent breaks at work – even if it’s just a quick walk to the water fountain.

Asking a type O to stay chained to their desk for 8 hours is not the best idea for productivity. So don’t feel like you have to have that glass of wine (or 5) at the end of the day to cope.

Just learn about yourself and your recipe for stress relief. There is not a one size fits all fix.

Ask us and we will help guide you.

It’s what we do.

Time to run a Baseline?

July 23, 2019 by Catherine Cash

“Running a Baseline” is what we at OHS call doing an energetic organ check on a client. This is a fundamental part of bioenergetic testing, whether it’s an in-person test evaluation or a remote evaluation.

We start with the adrenal glands and check all of the organs from the adrenals, right straight down through the kidneys, to the liver and pancreas, ending with the urinary system.

This scan is an excellent indicator, especially over time, of what is happening in the body. The corrective frequencies are then identified that will balance out those stressed organs.

Someone with consistently stressed adrenals may need to baby them with some specific minerals or a different kind of cortisol reducing exercise.

Another person with consistently stressed kidneys may show that they have been exposed to chemicals that need to be detoxed.

Everyone is different.

That’s why the Western medicine one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work very well. The individual approach takes more time but is the only thing that can shift imbalances. That’s why we don’t do “one-size-fits-all.”

Why I Love Frequencies

November 30, 2019 by Catherine Cash

The process of energy healing and bioenergetic analysis often identifies an imbalance that needs to be tweaked a little bit, but not necessarily deleted.  I remember when my grandfather was teaching me how to drive. He was getting exasperated with my antsy-ness to get in the car and go, go, go! – because he commented on how impatient I was and how I needed to learn to slow it all down. Well, I’ve never forgotten that (and bless his heart for trying) and yes, I was a little out of balance then. I am now a patient person but I still have to rein myself in when I am attacking a goal. It has to do with having a picture in your head of what you want, and visualizing it to the point of being able to actually see it and feel it (that is a really important concept to keep in mind when you want to be healthy). I try to spin it (in my mind) that impatience can be a tool if harnessed in a healthy way. So I try to look on the bright side of impatience. Sometimes impatient people are also people who are extremely goal oriented and focused on problem solving. Seriously, it is all about the big picture, right? My tendency to be impatient, at least when it comes to achieving goals, is part of why I do what I do – use frequencies for healing. So back to why I love using frequencies…

  1. Because it’s fast and I hate wasting time. I know that frequencies work and I only want to spend my time on things that work. I don’t have time to muck around with “try this” and “try that” and “we don’t know what kind of illness you have but we’re just going to roll the dice and call it “____________”  (and scare you half to death) and here’s a big ole prescription for some expensive, nasty stuff with all kinds of side effects but don’t worry, we’ve got loads of other toxic stuff to try if it doesn’t work and besides, what else ya gonna do?” Phooey on that.
  2. Because I learned the hard way and it wasn’t fun. My experience with health issues 15 years ago taught me that given the right tools, the body is innately designed to self-heal. I did it their way (bad, bad idea) and I did it my way (thank you Jesus). My way (frequencies) is what healed me. It is how I am seeing my clients heal too. And we haven’t even touched on hereditary weaknesses that run in families. But more on that later.
  3. Because I would rather use frequencies of things like viruses, bacteria, fungi etc, to direct my body to fight a pathogen than to use a drug that causes side effects. Why use a hand grenade to kill a flea when you can go in sniper-style and pick him off without doing collateral damage?
  4. Because the results are more than anecdotal. The research on the efficacy of applied frequencies and energy healing is overwhelmingly convincing. Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby‘s book, “Virtual Medicine,” is a great place to dig into the different types of energy work that have been done. Or Bruce Lipton‘s book, “The Biology of Belief” – eye opener. There is a lot of good information out there if you look for it. You may have to wade through the alarmist oh-my-gosh-it-doesn’t-have-pharmaceutical-backing-so-it-must-be-a-sham nonsense to find it. For some real time feedback, you can also check out what some of our clients say.

So yes, I love frequencies. They just, quite simply, work.

A Strong Immune System Will Keep You Healthy

April 27, 2020 by Catherine Cash

Winning? ….. A Choice

The statistics are showing that the vast majority of Corona Virus hospitalizations and deaths happen to immune compromised people, thus the nursing home connection. After all, many of those folks are on multiple medications and have weakened immune systems largely because of that (not to mention all of the Ensure, processed food etc they are getting). The takeaway from all of this is that the immune system is key.  No doubt, a strong immune system will keep you healthy.  What is the fastest, easiest way to achieve that? It’s simple – frequency imprinting. Right, you heard me – frequencies. The principle of Quantum Physics at work. There is a wonderful movie about this called “Heal.” As far as explanations of energy medicine goes, the proof is out there if you want to do some reading.

Just Say “No” to Fear and “Yes” to a Strong Immune System

I don’t know about you, but I refuse to go through life jerking my turtleneck up over my face when I unexpectedly encounter someone on our local hiking trail. This happened recently and the poor lady, who was 15 feet away from me trying to cover her face, almost crashed into a tree. That’s how little control she felt she had over things. Not good. My goal is to have any virus that comes within 10 feet of me to cry “uncle!” and flee in terror (more on the power of visualization another day). This is because a strong immune system will keep me healthy. I want a firewall of immunity. I want my immune system to be THAT impervious. That’s why you should consider custom frequency work or our frequency product, “Protect Plus,” which has the CV (Wuhan) frequency added to it. It is a little different because it is only available through the office – just ask

There is an Easy, Easy, Fix For a Strong Immune System

  • Step #1: find out what your root cause problems are. When we run tests, we check everything that is a root cause issue. Are you suspicious that you might have a food allergy, auto immune issue, tooth dis-resonance, chromosome weakness or hormone imbalance? Do you realize that if those root cause issues are neutralized, your immune system will be freed up to do more important work?
  • Step #2: don’t waste money on supplements you don’t need. Find out what you need to take and for how long. It is not necessarily good to take things you don’t need – it can be hard on the liver.
  • Step #3: check everything else that is nutritional and important. Essential fatty acids, amino acids, minerals, enzymes. These are foundational building blocks for your health.
  • Step #4: if there is depression or fatigue or sadness or insomnia – find out why by checking neurotransmitters, hormones, miasms and more: Doing these things will help mood, memory issues, digestive issues and fatigue and will help resolve depression and anxiety.

All of these things are checked in our office using cutting edge bioenergetic technology.

You can check this excellent article from Fitness Volt which breaks things out further with regard to hydration and food choices https://fitnessvolt.com/boost-immune-system/  .

Custom Frequencies Delivered to Your Door

We were already doing quite a bit of remote testing before the virus came about. Now, remote testing has been ramped up. Most days will find us running frequencies in between in-office clients, at night and on the weekends. With people staying at home more right now, it is very handy to be able to do this. We talk about how this works here. “Remotes” are done at two levels (1 & 2), either singly or as a subscription. We are doing a fair number of pet remotes as well (much cheaper and with fewer side effects than a vet visit).
Take care of yourself, focus on building a strong immune system and hang in there. Have faith. This too will pass. With blessings,
Catherine

Choosing the Best Detox Cleanse – One That Addresses Your Symptoms

December 28, 2019 by Catherine Cash

What to Do When You’ve Over Done It

OK – I did it too. Too much bread, too many brownies, too much holiday sugar. So don’t feel alone. This is the time of year that most of us start feeling the need to do a detox or a cleanse to get the new year started right.

The thing is, should you do the one that you’ve been hearing about the most lately, buy one off of the shelf or just hit the diet trail (Paleo, Keto, Nutri Systems, Weight Watchers, Whole 30 etc) for a few weeks?

Choosing the Best Detox (For You – That’s the Key)

Not so fast! If you are going to do this thing, you want it to work! You will want to think this through because picking the wrong approach can backfire. We witness a lot of things in the OHS office. One of them is clients who kick themselves for making themselves feel worse, not better, as a result of a random “cleanse” or diet.

First-hand experience has shown us that doing detoxes or diets in the wrong order can back up the system faster than you can shout “Pass the Drano!’ Yes, by golly, I did it to myself once years ago, before I knew what I know now. Ouch.

What we have found through bioenergetic work is that there is a certain order to how the body “wants” to clean house. Generally, the pathway through the digestive tract needs to be “open” for toxins to leave. And everyone is different.

How the Pathway Works

We know that the colon will probably need to be “de-cluttered” and opened up. Then, we work backwards and make sure the liver and gallbladder and kidneys are clear. But before we even do that, we want to make sure that a parasite cleanse is not in order first. Not to be indelicate, but doing a liver/gallbladder cleanse, if there are parasites in the bile ducts, is a one-way ticket to Misery-ville. Yes sir. Trust me on this.

So let’s break it down. Keep in mind this is an overview – we are just touching on the basics here.

Breaking Down the Choices

Parasite Cleanse: feeling tired, icky, bloated, crabby? Hungry all of the time? Crave sugar? These symptoms can be signs of parasite infestation.
Children who constantly have runny noses or are anxious or fretful, often point to parasites. For most people this will be number 1. You can use an Artemisia or black walnut tincture blend. You must drink lots of water and cut back on sugar as well. You may want to take a natural parasiticide for several months (we have our favorites). This alone can be a game changer. You may find that belly that just won’t seem to go away actually does, finally.

Colon Cleanse: feeling tired, constipated, gassy or bloated? These symptoms can indicate bacterial or fungal overgrowth in the gut which can cause absorption issues. This is where we often see a candida problem which is a common side effect of eating too many carbs or sugar and/or being on (or having been on) antibiotics. A colon cleanse using herbs and perhaps some psyllium or bulking agents may be recommended.

Gallbladder: feeling tired, groggy or bogged down after eating a hamburger (or fatty meal?). Do you have neck pain after you eat (this can be gallbladder) or lower back pain?

Kidneys: are you urinating frequently but not completely? Have you been feeling a little more anxious or fearful than usual lately? Lower back pain? UTI’s? This is kidney cleanse territory. It will probably be helpful to throw in a homeopathic like Bactestat and cut the dairy products back for a while. Lots of water of course.

Liver: grouchy or angry – more than is appropriate? Overreacting or getting offended too easily? Burpy or tired? Food sensitivities? This may indicate that a liver cleanse is needed. A parasite cleanse will undoubtedly help the liver too, but then an herbal cleanse is in order.

Slow and Steady Wins the Race

Now, if this is all seems too complicated, I understand. But the body is somewhat complex, a miracle really. It is possible to have all of the symptoms mentioned above, but it is important to start dealing with the priority issues first. Don’t overwhelm your body by hitting the “house cleaning” too hard or too fast. Don’t buy into the 7-Day Cleanse product sales pitch. They don’t work because it takes more time than that. Take it slow and steady, make some dietary changes and choose the best detox cleanse approach.  If you need more customized help, let us know and we will be glad to assist by running all of the cleanses bioenergetically to see which ones you need.

Blessings,
Catherine

Depressed and Hitting the Carbs? How To Fix Brain Chemicals Naturally

December 19, 2020 by Catherine Cash

How to Get Your Brain Back

With everything that is going on in the world (virus lockdowns, masks, and all the rest of it), it is not surprising that some people’s neurotransmitters are off. There are many causes of depression, but some of them are surprisingly simple and fixable. It is worth tweaking some things before going the drastic route of medications, which don’t fix the root causes anyway and sometimes cause more problems.

A Short List of Happiness Chemicals and How to Manage Them

Dopamine: the reward chemical.

    • The Problem: You find yourself hitting T.J. Maxx and instantly feeling better just being there, it may just be because you are getting a hit of dopamine when you walk through the doors. You may also have low dopamine if you feel the need to hit the cookies/cake/sweets throughout the day or find yourself jumping to look at your phone each time you hear the “ping.” All of the above can be related to low dopamine levels.

    • The Fix: take fish oils, Ginko or L-Theanine. Also, complete a project that you have been procrastinating on or do something in the self-care arena (a facial, manicure etc).

Endorphins: the natural pain killer chemical.

  • The Problem: If you feel better after eating chocolate, find yourself being emotionally over sensitive or have low back pain, you may need an endorphin boost.

  • The Fix: exercise, watch a funny movie, see a chiropractor, get outside, listen to some good music. Endorphins can remain elevated for hours after an endorphin boosting event.

Serotonin: the mood stabilizing chemical.

  • The Problem: You notice that you are forgetting things, want to self isolate to avoid the stress of being around people or are experiencing symptoms of arthritis.

  • The Fix: Increase your magnesium intake, increase your B vitamins (especially B6), take a probiotic, get some sun, exercise and add more healthy foods to your diet.

A Good Place to Start

Dr. Frank Lipman says, “70% of serotonin is made in your gut so what is going on the your gut if going affect your mood – anxiety, depression and focus.” Food for thought – literally. For some other ideas check out our post “7 Foods That Make You Happy.” Hmmm, I think I’ll make some soup… 🙂

Blessings to you,
Catherine

Inside the Office – Trade Secrets

October 12, 2020 by Catherine Cash

What’s Interesting About Bioenergetics

In the field of bioenergetics we get introduced to new health “fixes” before most other people do. It has been an amazing blessing to be a part of it all – what a privilege.  People are very curious about what we see that is working. One of the reasons is that there is so much out there health-wise that is obviously not working. As a result, we are always getting asked about what I (or we) use personally. It is not all flame-throwingly exciting. I do a lot of things that other people do (a methylated B complex, high doses of vitamin C, vitamin D3). But this time I am listing a few things that I use and that some of my clients now use.  I consider these things kind of insider secret weapons. To me they are game changers.

Some Neat Things That We Use

  • Human growth hormone boosting amino acids – I use the proprietary physical version of these (includes GABA, club moss etc) but also the imprinted/energetic version (Young) which really hits the emotions as well. They really work.
  • Inflammation/Viral/Bacterial frequencies (for preventing and fighting the aforementioned). This is a custom imprint and is now automatically included in our Comprehensive testing.
  • Tissue Salts  (the full collection). We sell these in the liquid form that you take a couple of times a day. They can also be put in custom imprints.
  • Homeopathic Constitutionals – depending on which ones are indicated, these can be powerful emotional and physical tools for health. This is absolutely a custom imprint,
  • Energetic Sarcodes (blueprints to correct DNA) – these can cover repairs to anything from tendons, to cartilage, to ligaments and much much more.
  • A multiple omega fatty acid. It is a mix of omega 3 and plant based 6 essential fatty acids (flax, borage, fish and vitamin e).

Don’t Give Up Improving Your Game

There is so much out there that is good – so many resources. Don’t settle for a generic multivitamin, a reflux medication and an Advil to get through the day. Or anti-depressants, or sleeping pills or antianxiety meds. Keep looking – the answers are out there.

Blessings to you,
Catherine

7 Foods That Make You Happy

October 31, 2019 by Catherine Cash

If you thought that tweaking your eating habits a little bit would give you a power shot of happiness, would you do it?

Anyone would, I think. And it’s really not that hard. Just mood boost optimize your kitchen the next time you hit the grocery store. Yes, the foods that we eat can help us have an joyful, energized, healthy life. They are a key to our vitality and are a core factor when it comes to brain health. People who have problems with depression have often adopted fast food/processed food/restaurant food diets as their standard. Adding in brain healthy (happy power shot) foods bit-by-bit can change everything. Here we will list 7 foods that make you happy!

One family’s mood-food connection story

A client had taken her daughter to doctors for several years running (nothing seemed to work) and had ended up withdrawing her from school because of the child’s anxiety. Understandably, the child looked miserable. It turned out that the mac and cheese that she was eating every day was seriously affecting her mind. The yellow dyes (Tartrazine), BHT and Atrazine that were in it wouldn’t have been allowed if it had been certified organic. The parents were considering tranquilizers – the child was that anxious.

That story had a good ending because child was given energetic frequencies and switched over to the organic version of her favorite food. The result was that in three days the mother called the office in amazement to tell us the good news. But I digress. The point is the right food can change your life! The cherry on top is when you add in frequencies to address the other root cause issues. For more about our frequency work, check out https://www.organichealthsystems.com

Here are our top 7 happy foods:

Pineapple: contains the B vitamin Thiamine, which boosts energy. It also helps with digestion and blood purification. The Medical Indian Journal published that pineapple has the same antidepressant effects as drugs like fluoxetine and imipramine (common treatments for depression).

Spinach: contains folic acid which is a mood booster.

Salmon:  is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which fight off mood swings.

Strawberries: contain anthocyanins which reduce stress and vitamin C which repairs the adrenals.

Asparagus: contains serotonin which boosts the mood.

Eggs: contain choline which assists the liver, is calming and is also memory boosting.

Green Tea: contains catechins & polyphenols and boosts dopamine which helps increase memory and concentration.

There you go! Now all you have to do is stock up!

Don’t settle for “Oh, I feel OK.” Settle for “I’m blowing the doors off of it.”

February 20, 2018 by Catherine Cash

No one has ever really, truly felt this way:

“I’m happy just feeling fair health-wise…limping along. That’s always been good enough for me”

Yet, that’s the way most live: On average…they just feel OK at best.

There’s a nagging pain here and there or some ailment that’s been tolerated for years.

And the crazy thing is – Most People Settle for this state every day of their lives.

But..
You don’t have to. Really.

If given the choice between feeling OK and feeling Great, I dare say, you’d much rather feel Great all of the time.

We all want to feel More than OK. More than just good. Even more than GREAT.

We want to have more Energy. To be Happier. And to look Fantastic.

Well…
Here’s what it takes.

You need to clear the trash out of your system energetically and then repair and balance the causal, foundational issues.

Once you do that. and feel the difference… total game changer… And when you do it with frequencies, you have the coverage on issues that you were never even aware of in the first place. I love that about this system.

So it is about peace of mind but it is also a type of Kaizen, a Japanese term for never-ending improvement.

We can help you with your journey on the path to excellent health. Just ask.

What on earth is a miasm?

May 24, 2019 by Catherine Cash

Greetings!

How are you doing lately – busy???

I don’t know about you but I am trying to pay more attention to that
“still small voice” inside of me that has been reminding me to “simplify, simplify, simplify.”

I am just being honest!

I have a tendency to want to do lots of things and projects (happily, usually) and this is probably related to my most dominant, genetic “miasm” (more about miasms in a minute).

So… lately I have been trying to pay attention to “dis-resonant energy.” “What is that (you say)?”

Well, not to sound too Close-Encounters-of-the-Third-Kind-ish about it but it is the energy that threatens to throw us off balance, or just doesn’t feel right.

Note to all of us:

If it disrupts your inner peace, it may not be for you. Sometimes it takes a little quiet and alone time to discern what is or isn’t right for you.

Prayer helps too – absolutely.

Back to miasms though. Interesting topic. Miasms are inherited “weaknesses” that were discovered by Hahnemann, the father of homeopathy.

Miasms tend to run down family lines, thus the reason that a group of family members may tend to all have the same sort of issues health-wise, or they may all tend to just be worriers, or whatever the case may be.

Miasms aren’t rare, in fact everyone seems to have them. Sometimes they cause problems when they grab the reins of a person’s health.

We talk about Miasms a lot at OHS – a little weird sounding perhaps, but very important in homeopathy.

Bottom line is – remove the miasm and generally remove many of the person’s health problems.

You just have to love homeopathy!

We work identify and work on miasms energetically. Yes, you heard right. Let us know if we can help.
